Installation & Usage Notes

Before installation, confirm that the motor is for the left headlight only (left and right headlight jet motors are not interchangeable; incorrect installation will cause abnormal washer operation), and check whether the motor terminal matches the vehicle wiring harness connector. During installation, ensure the motor is firmly fixed to the washer assembly and the terminal is fully inserted to avoid loose connections and poor contact. At the same time, check the sealing of the connection between the jet and the motor to prevent cleaning fluid leakage. In daily use, fill with Volvo original or specification-compliant automotive-specific headlight washer fluid; avoid using tap water (which easily produces scale to block the jet or corrode the motor).
