1. The function of the high-pressure oil pump: Its function is to increase the fuel pressure and use high-pressure injection to achieve an atomization effect. The high-pressure oil pump is mainly used as the power source for hydraulic devices such as jacks, heading machines, extruders, and flower binding machines. The oil outlet of the high-pressure oil pump enters the oil cooler, and after it comes out of the oil cooler, it enters the oil filter. After it comes out of the oil filter, it is divided into two paths, one is decompressed and then supplied, and the other becomes control oil. There may be one or two accumulators in the oil circuit.
2. Working principle: The high-pressure oil pump is the interface between the high-pressure oil circuit and the low-pressure oil circuit. Its function is to generate fuel pressure in the common rail pipe by controlling the fuel output. Under all operating conditions, it is mainly responsible for providing sufficient high-pressure fuel to the common rail.
